Restaurant & Bar Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to spearhead the operations of our three venues at Crowne Plaza Melbourne - Ottie's, Dive Bar & Pow Wow. Reporting directly to the Restaurants & Bars Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of our dining and beverage services. This position requires a proactive leader who can inspire and motivate teams to consistently deliver outstanding service.
