Valentine’s Day at Ottie’s isn’t about rushing through courses or ticking boxes. It’s about settling in, pouring the first glass, and letting the evening unfold.
You’ll start with bubbles on arrival, then move through a generous set menu built around things worth lingering over - Bass Strait scallops baked in herb butter, Coffin Bay oysters with champagne and raspberry vinaigrette, and mains that do the heavy lifting without needing the spotlight. Eye fillet with potato gratin. Otway pork loin with sweet potato mash and bourbon sauce. The kind of dishes that quietly get it right.
Dessert is where the night slows down. Crème caramel, pistachio cake, spoons shared, conversations that drift a little longer than planned.
Whether it’s a first Valentine’s together or one of many, Valentine’s at Ottie’s is designed for couples who like their romance low-key, their food done properly, and their evenings unhurried.
